First let me out start out saying I live on the East Coast Central Florida I found a truck I liked on the Internet worked a deal over the phone was already approved through the dealership with either Fo Coast Central Florida I found a truck I liked on the Internet worked a deal over the phone was already approved through the dealership with either Ford motor credit or PNC and upon going over the numbers they asked me if I was going to be using this for work I told him that I did not know yet because I have a 450 and have not decided whether to use my 150 for work or continue to use my F4 50 upon which he told me he has just entered into the computer to PNC and Ford motor credit that I will be trying for a commercial loan so apparently they weren’t making enough money on the deal because I wasn’t trading anything in and I was getting a real good deal so I believe they were trying to get a bigger kick back and trying to get a commercial loan on me which would’ve Have been almost 10% or more on interest compared to my 4.86 with PNC Bank or 5.9% with Ford motor credit to make a long story short they definitely lost my business ironically I found a better deal at one of their competitors dealerships nearby so I ended up driving the same distance And purchased a truck from Sarasota Ford I believe it was Arjun but I’m not 100% positive but I do know Rick Basso was in charge of the deal that went bad thank you Rick BossO More

This place is not good at customer service for simple things like oil changes. An hour to an hour and forty five minutes? When other places can do the same job in 15? And they have a “quick lane”?? I had read positive online reviews of Brandon Ford, so my initial inquiries, questions, requests went to them, along with several other dealers. Tommy Shelly was the representative who contacted me from Brandon Ford and who I dealt with throughout the process. Tommy was always responsive, knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming; he was never pushy, shady or manipulative. I use those last descriptors because I did encounter that type of behavior at a few other dealers; so know this, that kind of thing still does go on. On the other hand, Tommy responded to what had to be my seemingly endless emails and was always very friendly and jovial while being knowledgeable. Barry Moss in Finance was very easy to deal with as well. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My take after this process is that, Brandon Ford has (without a doubt) the largest selection of available vehicles from which to chose, the lowest possible price without games or tricks, and fantastic salespeople. This was only my 2nd oil change but both times Tyler took care of me. He is a kind, polite employee who has always been so polite. This dealership is not trustworthy. I drove from Brevard County, it took me 2:30 hours, only because the advertised best price and having been assured by the sales associate that the pri I drove from Brevard County, it took me 2:30 hours, only because the advertised best price and having been assured by the sales associate that the price would not change, he even told me over the phone what I would be walking out with. After 4 hours of waiting and doing paperwork that did should have taken 30 minutes to do, I ended up with a finance option of 8.83% while I had a FICO 2 Credit score of 807 and FICO 8 of 805. My experience with them is that I feel disgusted by this dealership. I found this dealership while going through a credit application on Capital One website for Auto Loans. They had the best advertised price, I called to confirm and specifically ask if the price would change, and even if I qualify for the price posted, I WAS TOLD YES! I had been dealing with a few dealers and they had been giving me quotes for similar vehicles but they always had a standard rate of 7.99% for 72 months. SO I did specifically ask about the rate and like the other dealers I WAS told worst case is 7.99% and that that was a standard quote without a credit check. I was told "but depending on your credit score it can be much better". I was happy as anyone can ever be and walked the next day, BTW it was today 11/8/2019. After going through the few vehicles I had selected I finally decided on the right one and we started doing paperwork, it took quiet some time but I did not mind, the paper work should have not taken more than 30 minutes but it was more than two hours. Next was the finance office! Walked into the finance office and was presented with a additional warranty sheet, the finance officer started talking and would not mention the finance rate of 8.83%, or more for other payment time frames. I stopped him and asked him "wait a minute, I think I was told that the rate was at worst case 7.99%," he replied who told you that? I said the Sales Associate, finance officer said he is not supposed to do that. Well then why are you asking a rate higher than worst case scenario, I asked if he could do better and returned Mmmmmmmmmm NO! So here we go, do you get the loan and refinance later? Well do you trust the finance officers word when he says there is no early payment penalty? Me and my father walked out and drove 100 miles home while having a check 9000$ down payment and excellent credit to purchase the vehicle. More
