After that, I wanted to change the oil after 1000 miles (I do that with new vehicles,) and I wanted the tires rebalanced for a slight vibration. I called three times leaving messages for a call back with no response. Finally found a number for a service manager and was told it would be several days before they could take me or I could bring it in and leave it for several hours. I contacted another dealership, took it in the next day, and they had it back servicing it before I had the paperwork filled out. Oil change, filter, tire rotation and balance took maybe 30 minutes. I never sat down and three people came by and asked if I had been taken care of. Needless to say they will be doing my warranty and service work in the future. More
I purchased a new Explorer and it has been longer in service than in my driveway. I have had to make most all calls to find out what is going on with the car. Nobody took any responsibility to ensure I was tak than in my driveway. I have had to make most all calls to find out what is going on with the car. Nobody took any responsibility to ensure I was taken care of. Once they got the money, they move on to the next target. I paid in full for my car and I have purchased two other vehicles there before in the past but never again. Times have changed and service has gotten real bad now. More

When I said a competitor had offered significantly more for my trade in he became argumentative and tried to explain that a vehicle with an MSRP of 55k brand new is actually only worth 37K brand new. Don't waste your time with this place. More

I can’t say enough good things about my Ford sales professional Robert Collins. RC is a class act and a solid guy. He is amazing with people and absolutely no pressure which is the way I do business. I highly suggest getting a new Ford from Robert. Mr. Fred Powers helped us put an amazing deal together with my trade. I even asked him a favor he said yes without hesitation. I really liked that. Kirk Kiespert in finance is truly valuable and he can really work deals in finance. He gave me his best from the start. Gave me a few days to figure out that was a great deal Brandon Ford laid out for me! RC my guy showed me everything in my brand new platinum Powerstroke F250! Mr Kevin Stone was extremely polite and made sure I was happy with my purchase and verified I understood all of the amazing features Robert Collins showed me. I’ll only buy from Brandon Ford from here on out. I’ll send them as many people as possible because they will do their best for any and everyone. It felt more like a great environment with amazing products, much different from other dealerships. I can’t thank the team down there enough and all the time and hard work RC and Kirk did for me. I assumed the work was being done They said they needed another part and I have to reschedule another day Then I see they did and charged for an oil change. I purchased my 2018 Ford Fusion, and since my purchase i have had engine overheating issues and transmission issues.. all together my family and myself have purchased 12 new Ford products in the past 5 year have had engine overheating issues and transmission issues.. all together my family and myself have purchased 12 new Ford products in the past 5 years, not to mention all my friends i sent up that purchased vehicles. I asked Ford if they would assist me in trading out my fusion for yet another ford vehicle.. They would not offer any assistance. They told me to contact my ford dealer for assistance. I paid 18,900.00 for my fusion in mach, they offered me 12,000.00 trade in. I talked with one of the service managers who told me he would talk to a sales manager to see if they would offer more assistance. After a few days they offered me 1000.00 dollars more. I was offered 16,500 by another ford dealer.. I know Brandon Ford strives to be the number 1 selling dealer in the U.S. Maybe they should strive to make their loyal customers number 1 as well as all customers. They spend millions of dollars on advertising, they should use some of that money to satisfy a loyal Ford customer. If it wasn't for Dan Gentile i would never go back there.. He is and awesome salesman, and always helps our family. More
WASTE OF TIME traveled over 60 miles to meet with internet sales. Was pre-approved by by credit union prior to traveling to the dealership. Had a trade in. Left sitting in showroom for over 30 min with no contact from salesman. Got up and left for return trip. Halfway home salesman calls. I did not take call. Was driving. Called when arrived home. Told him I wanted some figures emailed to me. 3 Texts and one phone call later I called a sales manager. Told him of situation. 40 min later sales man returned call. Vehicle was now 2,000 over advertised price and insulted me with a ultra low ball trade in value. POOR CUST SERVICE. Would not recommended this dealership to my work enemy. More
