We came to Brandon Ford because my husband found several vehicles online that he was interested in looking at. He has never been active in the negotiating end of the sale, and I dreaded yet another car pur vehicles online that he was interested in looking at. He has never been active in the negotiating end of the sale, and I dreaded yet another car purchasing experience. Our last new car purchase experience lasted 8 hours long!!! So when Ed Tanner met us, as we began walking in the lot, we had no idea how painless and happy this experience would be! Ed asked us what price range we were looking in - we were looking for a used Expedition. I told him we'd like to be out the door at $---. We found and drove the car we ended up buying, and I told Ed how much I dreaded the back and forth making a deal part of car buying. Ed and Fred Power, the sales manager, consulted and with very little discussion we were able to reach a sales figure that we were happy with, and we purchased the car. Ed is a very non-pressure, professional, informed and experienced salesman. He didn't hover over us on the lot, but was available to answer questions. We feel so fortunate that Ed helped us, and we can say this was the most pleasant car purchasing experience we've ever had. Fred also came over and spoke to us, and was very friendly. From past experiences, the sales manager is usually hid away in some back office where the deals are made, and never has contact with the customer. We also were impressed with the professional and pleasant customer service we experienced from Toni Zamorano, the Finance Manager, when we were completing our paperwork. She was very efficient and we appreciated her as well. The entire atmosphere at Brandon Ford was much friendlier, and open than any other car dealer we've ever experienced. I would even do this again!!!! Thanks so much to you all for a great experience. We will recommend Ed to anyone who asks us where to go to get a great car and deal and also a great car shopping experience. More

My husband and i just moved from the U.K. and we needed a car as we were renting one monthly and that was very expensive.I had been emailing and getting information from Jake Potocek that day and when my hus car as we were renting one monthly and that was very expensive.I had been emailing and getting information from Jake Potocek that day and when my husband came home from work he decided he wanted to go to the dealership right then(Jake had gone home for the evening)when we got there after a few minutes Jennifer came up and asked if we needed help i said yes as i had no clue where the 2012 ford focus was located on the lot,she took us to the cars and as we asked many questions she answered them when we asked if his international and U.K. license was acceptable to buy/lease a car she said she would go find out for us.She was helpful without being pushy or annoying and she was friendly and easy to talk to with every step closer to finding the car she was there even walking around the other lot in serious Florida heat, chatting and laughing at our silly jokes while showing us all the available cars till we finally found the perfect one for us( 2012 sonic blue S.E.L with back up assist and leather seats!)We are very happy with our purchase and the people(special thanks to Toni and Barry), could not have been nicer would definitely go to Brandon Ford again when we are in the market for a new one! Our Ford Explorer was almost 9 years old, so we began the dreaded process of buying a new vehicle. We checked out other vehicles, but found the 2012 Ford Explorer offered everything we wanted. Two other dealerships showed us Explorers, but neither seemed interested in selling. Rather than visit other dealerships, we turned to the Internet. In our search at www.Ford.com, we found the exact vehicle we wanted was at Brandon Ford. We sent an email to Brandon Ford, and quickly received a response from their Internet Sales Manager, Tommy Shelly. Thus began a very pleasant experience - which we did not expect - of buyig a new Explorer. Tommy Shelly was great to deal with - knowledgeable, patient, terrific sense of humor and a genuinely nice person. He is very knowledgeable of Ford vehicles, the pricing and the extras. He invited us to bring our vehicle to be appraised and made sure the appraiser was available. We were able to come to an agreement and purchased a beautiful Ingot Silver Metallic 2012 Ford Explorer XLT. Tommy Shelly made the whole process much more pleasant than any car purchase we have ever made. His great sense of humor made the whole experience very enjoyable. Brandon Ford is a very impressive dealership, not only does it have a beautiful and huge facility, everyone we met there had a very helpful attitude. One benefit which greatly impresses us is the classes Brandon Ford gives the fourth Wednesday evening of every month to teach new buyers all they need to know about the new Navigation Systems. Buyers may attend as many classes as they need. If you are lookig to buy a new vehicle, without the hassles everyone has experienced with other dealerships, we HIGHLY recommend Tommy Shelly and Brandon Ford. More
This will be my 3rd car purchased from Brandon Ford and the best experience thus far. I am not someone who likes to shop for cars and I am very impatient with the "Game". My shopping experience started on Sept 27, when I went in to check on the Used 2011 Mustangs on the lot. I worked with Ted Mularz on that visit and he was very patient and not aggressive which was a good thing as I would have turned around and left the lot. He answered my questions and then let me look at the cars alone as requested. I left with my facts in hand to think over whether I wanted to purchase a car at this point ( I don't like to spend money !!!) I then on a whim went back on Thursday night, Sept 27th and met Jeff Clark. His extensive knowledge of the Mustangs and laid back attitude sealed the deal. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle in the manner needed for me to make a decision, not sure if a test drive can be considered fun, but (this may sound corny) but it was like I was hanging with a long lost friend and forgot I was there to buy a car. Jeff was very patient as I wanted to test every aspect of the car, we tested out the stereo (Good taste in music, Jeff) etc.. Jeff then discussed my car (2004 mustang) with me as I was trying to decide if I really wanted to trade it in, or save it for my daughter who will be driving in 2 years. I left the dealership without making a purchase, but armed with good information and advice from Jeff. I made the decision over night and then Jeff worked with me via e-mail while I was at work to finish the deal on Friday, Sept 28th. Bottom line is Brandon Ford sold me a car because Jeff Clark was a great person to deal with and I was comfortable with making a decision (It took me 3 years to make a decision to buy a big screen TV, I think you get the picture!!!!) Ted Mularz ended up helping me after I finished the financing and helped me understand the Sync software and answered all my questions before I drove off in my new car. Jeff it was a pleasure working with you and hopefully you will be there next time I need to purchase a car. More
My husband and I recently bought a 2008 gmc sierra. Tommy was very helpful, answered all questions we had. Truck was very clean.
