Ford has a great product but it doesn't sell itself, it was the dealers employees that made the sale. I bought a new Ford F-150 XLT from Brandon Ford because of Tommy Shelly. He made me feel comfortable was the dealers employees that made the sale. I bought a new Ford F-150 XLT from Brandon Ford because of Tommy Shelly. He made me feel comfortable and let me control the conversation. I knew what I wanted in a truck but I did want to learn more about the EcoBoost engines. I was satisfied with his knowledge of the truck but his attention to really listen and meet my needs is what set him apart from the other guys. I did not need a sales person wearing me down and pushing a product down my throat. Some sales people can baffle you with knowledge but Tommy made it simple, stayed focused on my needs and made sure they were met. I traded another vehicle in and he handled that better than any another trade-in experience I have ever had. I told him what I financially needed for my trade-in and before I could tell him why he had it written up and ready to go. I remember catching myself asking him "so how much you giving me for my trade in?" he said "what you told me, its done". Wow, that was easy. After getting the deal done the dreaded "lets talk to finance" was next. I was pleasantly surprised how nice Toni Zamorano was. I expected a "sign here" and "now here", "read this", "sign here", but what I got was a very pleasant personable fiance manager who made the hard part of parting with my money easy. After working with her I actually felt great about the entire experience of buying a new Ford from Brandon Ford. I will be back for sure for my next Ford vehicle. A co-worker at TPD was a former employee at Brandon Ford. I responded there and met with Zoran. He was very courteous and friendly. He knew several people at TPD and was not pushy as are most salesman are. Over these last few years, Zoran keeps in touch with me and I feel like I am part of his Brandon family. Last week, I was looking for another car for my wife and contacted Zoran. He allowed me to look throughout the car lot without looking over my shoulder. When my wife and I decided on a car, he introduced me to Lyle Herb. The car sale transition went very smoothly with Lyle. I could tell that Lyle was very interested in the customer (me) both professionally and personally. I had told Zoran and Lyle that I would complete these surveys the day after I had made the purchase. However, my responsibilities at work took me away from completing them. It worked out just as well. The check engine light came on and I dropped it off at the Dodge dealership across from Brandon Ford this morning. Lyle personally picked me up and transported me to Ford. He and Zoran set me up with a rental car. It is obvious that they are loyal employees of Brandon Ford, Ford Motors and most importantly their customers. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to Zoran and Lyle. I will also continue to return to Brandon Ford for my future car purchases. More

We are shopping for a travel trailer and were also needing a truck. We told Lyle what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in. Lyle showed us several vehicles and illustrated the needing a truck. We told Lyle what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in. We found a truck we liked just out of the price range we were considering, but after considering the potential costs down the road to repair an older truck we realized the value of the truck that we purchased. We were willing to spend a little more now than a lot more in the future. The negotiating process was comfortable and they did work with us price. The final price of the truck was fair as was the amount given for my trade. I suggest you do your homework first then go see Lyle at Brandon Ford. This was a one stop shop for us. Lyle treated us right and we will do business with these guys in the future. More
