We wound up with a brand new truck in our drive which is great. However, the tag on our second car had been disabled and couldn't be driven. The dealership said they couldn't do anything and didn't. Absolutely no help of any kind. Perhaps if a little thought had gone into the process of tags, the whole issue could have been avoided. Get them out as quick as possible. For two months our second car was untagged and unable to be driven. No help or concern from Brandon Ford, I finally have two legal vehicles. More

I explained explicitly what I wanted, On signing the papers I observed that the price quoted was for an SE Escape and not SELmodel which I had driven twice. Saw the Sales Manager and after a few words was told by him that he would not sell me a car. At which time I left and went to Ford in St. Petersburg. Brought my 2014 Flex in because it wouldn't start. I suspected fuel related so got a diagnostic done. Service says bad module and fuel pump....$1587 included diagnosis. I decided not to do the work and suspected fuel related so got a diagnostic done. Service says bad module and fuel pump....$1587 included diagnosis. I decided not to do the work and tow it home. Good thing I did because the only issue was a module, cost me less than $100 and 15 min to change. Shame on you Brandon Ford. People want to trust the dealership to give them an honest experience which you have fallen far short of. As far as I'm concerned you should refund me the faulty diagnosis charge as well. With the uncertainty during this Covid19 crisis people more than ever should be able to rely on an American manufacturer representative to be doing the right thing! More
