I have purchased 5 vehicles with Brandon Ford in the last 10 years. I am very pleased with the pricing and the knowledge of the sales staff. I worked with Dan and Zoran and they made the purchase of a new v 10 years. I am very pleased with the pricing and the knowledge of the sales staff. I have had occasion to use the service department in the last 10 years and have experienced the job completed quickly and correctly. Try then you will not be disappointed! More
AVOID AT ALL COST! Walked in with a deal from AVOID AT ALL COST! Walked in with a deal from another dealer and was looking for Brandon Ford to beat it. I had already negotiated the truck price, I knew my credit score/financing options, and I knew what my trade in was worth. The car salesman told me he could beat the price. It comes to the financing manager and he tells me that the best he can do is 2.9% through JP Morgan. I asked him to use my credit union which was offering 1.95% for 60 months. The finance manager told me that he did contact my credit union and that my bank responded with 3.8%. So I called my credit union and they said no you were approved for 72 months at 1.95%. I then went back in and told the finance manager that I was tired of getting the run around and that if he could not match the price I would go else where. The finance manager stated " I am not going to get a bad review am I"? I told him that depended upon how the rest of the deal would go. As the finance manager is seating behind his desk he then said "oh your bank just updated the loan, you do qualify for the 1.95%." When I told the finance manager that I was tired of dealing with him he brings over the sales manager. The sales manager Brooksy Hall comes over to the table and begins to tell me he will get offended real quick if I think that they had anything to do with the updating of the loan. I told Broosky that I didn't care how he feels and that I was tired of being jerked around. He then tells me "the deal is off, I am not selling you the truck and getting a bad review." Brooksy Hall was very unprofessional and did not conduct himself as one who works with the public should. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. I know dealers have to make money but I am not willingly to be taken advantage of and furthermore not willingly to be treated poorly. I find out later that if anyone, sales, finance, or sales manager gets a poor review it costs them money which is what Brooksy Hall was more concerned with than selling a truck. Oh by the way, Autoway Ford was more than willingly to help me get the truck I wanted and their service was far better than this dealership. More

I have had a problem with my battery for some time, even after replacing the battery. Although the problem was not found since it did not happen while at the dealership (Murphy's Law) Robert did everything after replacing the battery. All the other necessary maintenance was performed on my car and even a few extra things I requested. I am very happy with the service I get from Brandon Ford and Robert is always very pleasant and accomodating. More

Other issues to improve upon; Try to reschedule the cleaning people who clean the waiting room/bathrooms to possibly mop(with that cleaning solution)when customers are NOT present. Either before you open or later on in the day, the smell is irritating and the danger of the wet floor is a insurance concern for you. Why,and this has happened every time we have come to this service center, do we have to wait a MINIMUM of two hours before we hear anything about what's wrong with the car and then another hour or two to fix it? KUDOS for John Lafemina(this is why I gave him a 5,great), because when I told him I had to get to a doctors appointment, he did a great job in getting me out in time(he tries hard). But,as we drove away the squeak wasn't gone, so we had to come back after my doctors appointment when the car was finally sprayed and problem gone. KUDOS for the mechanic, I didn't get his name, but he has an excellent customer service attitude and did his best to find and eventually fix the problem. But again, $89.00 for this? And,why does it take such a long time, even for the simplest of repairs, at this dealership? More

I spoke to Robert over the phone Saturday morning. He quoted a price and said they could work me in. Within minutes of arriving at the dealership he had my car in for servicing. And about 40 minutes la quoted a price and said they could work me in. Within minutes of arriving at the dealership he had my car in for servicing. And about 40 minutes later was on my way... and my bill was lower than expected. Robert did what he had promised, and a better price than quoted. I am very pleased with the work, and recommend without reservation. More

He is both thorough and professional. We couldn't be more satisfied with Brandon Ford. We will continue to come back for all our vehicle needs.
