His approach was most welcoming, introduction, but then backed off until we were ready to discuss options. My biggest turnoff, when car shopping, is a pushy salesperson. Jack spent several hours with us, explaining, test driving, and in general working the deal. We told him, he had us sold in the first 5 minutes because of his expertise & demeanor. The price was right on the vehicle that I set my heart on, while walking thru the lot. Jack was a major player in making my dream a reality. I will always return to Brandon Ford for my future car purchases and I will always deal with Mr Sudesh Jack Deonarine. I live in Fort Myers so it was a two hour drive to Tampa. We purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion and from beginning to end, it was absolutely the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ricardo was professional, polite, and courteous. Every question was answered and no detail was left out. This was my 11th new car and I was expecting the usual full court press. I couldn’t have been more wrong. There was no pressure at all and we felt we could walk away at any minute. Ford had a great deal on financing and Ricardo got us the monthly payment we needed. My credit score was another obstacle, but my salesperson Lloyd Plicher went to work for me. I never had to argue or debate with anyone to get payments to be managable for me...he handled it all. The finance person Toni Zamorano was very pleasant and personable as well. Purchasing a car is a trying experience, but if you are ever in need of a new car...check out Brandon Ford. More
