Otis was a pleasure to work with when I purchased my new F150 Platinum truck. I called the night prior to visiting and asked if this specific truck was still available as shown on their web site and he ind F150 Platinum truck. When coming to Brandon I knew i was trying to find Otis to help me find the car I wanted. My friend refered me to him and I would refer him to anybody in the future looking to buy a car. I went there not to buy one but to look at what they had because I just wanted to see if I found anything better than the car i found before but also still in my price range. Otis was able to help me find a 2013 Ford Mustang in my price range, while also getting me all the discounts and deals i could possibly get. I told him before that I wasn't much of looking to buy right away and he still put me first trying to make sure I was completely satasfied. He has great customer service skills and will do anything to make his customers happy. I still go back to him even after I bought my car. In need of any repairs or any help with the car he is still there to help me out and assist me in any way needed. He is a great employee and if you ever go there ask for him because he will put you in the right car for your need whether it be style, income, or anything he will put you in the right car. More

Last week I purchased a Ford Focus SEL and I just would like to share my experience at Brandon Ford. People are quick to let someone know when they don’t receive good customer service, but we are all guil like to share my experience at Brandon Ford. People are quick to let someone know when they don’t receive good customer service, but we are all guilty of not taking the time to let others know when someone does a great job. I dealt with Kevin Stone and Ricardo Liburd. Buying a car is the second most expensive thing we purchase so it should be a pleasant experience, not a drudgery. The gentlemen at Brandon Ford made the entire car buying experience a great one from beginning to end. Their customer service exceeded any I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. And I love my new car. I had visited the Chevy dealership the week prior and was ready to purchase a car at that time, but the customer service and lack of friendliness or helpfulness from the Chevy store manager caused me to decide drive on down the road. And now I’m so glad I did. One more thing, even the Finance Manager, Barrie Moss was extremely helpful. He even managed to lower my interest rate an additional amount while we were in the process of signing the paper work. If you are considering purchasing a new or used car, I highly recommend taking a trip to Brandon Ford, and ask for the gentlemen who assisted me, you will be so glad you did. Otis was very helpful with my search for a car. I shopped Honda and Toyota and found that Ford was a better buy. Very pleased with my new car, especially the Bluetooth and the GAS MILEAGE! I visited and worked with at least 8 Ford Dealers from Spring Hill to Tampa and Brandon Ford was by far the best one. Well there is more. I took my car back there and drove 1 hour there and back because this is the only dealer I have ever had where the sales person Brandon Garcia actually met me and went over to the Service Department and the Body Shop with me. I was actually feeling like a pain in the arse haha but Brandon was more than happy to do it for me and to be there for me. Just in case you reading this Brandon I know you were like ughhh haha just kidding. So to sum it up, I have had about 6-8 new cars in the last 8 years because we drive 2 cars in our family and while I have had great experiences with other places, I have had nothing like the care and service I got from Brandon Garcia and Brandon Ford. Trust me, I have never texted with my salesman before whether he was at work or busy in his own life, but he was there for me. Make sure you request Brandon Garcia if you want even better service than Brandon Ford will already give you. Thanks again Brandon Ford, I love having the exact car I wanted. More
My car was in an accident on September 10, 2012. My insurance company, progressive, recommended taking it to Brandon Ford because the accident took place near their location. There was front end damage, specifically to the left front side. Brandon ford out in a used radiator after charging my insurance company for a new one, didn't fix the abs (light was on) and told me it was ready to be picked up two weeks ago (October 14). The radiator they put in, the fans disintegrated in my hand, so I left it so they could put in a new one, not used, like originally agreed upon. I tried to pick up my car last Thursday (oct 24) and my husband was driving it, he got on the highway and the gas and brake petal failed, he got stuck on 275 during rush hour, having two near misses by two different cars. Turns out the old radiator they put in put water in my transmission, blowing my transmission. I own my own business so everyday I have to miss work because I don't have a vehicle costs me $150-$200. It's been almost two months and my car has been broken more than its been repaired. When I talked to the manager, he was disgruntled and rude, making me seem like I was at fault. I don't fix cars because I don't know how to, I assume taking her to a recommended repair shop, they would know how to fix her in a timely manner. More
