Alexandra was absolutely amazing. We were looking for a new Palisade, which were very hard to find, but Brandfon (100 miles away from us), had one coming in. After experiences at other dealers, I was worried there would be other fees, but Alexandra was trustworthy and honest the whole way through. No hidden fees and she kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. The car even came earlier than expected, and Alexandra called to inform us. She was the best sales rep we had throughout our car search across all dealerships. While the car was being shipped, Mike helped us navigate the financing since this was our first car purchase from a dealer. Both Alexandra and Mike were so patient with our questions. When the car came in, Alexandra taught us many things and spent hours with us getting set up. We loved it and Wes got us set up with the paperwork. He was also no pressure and pleasant to work with. He explained all the steps to us, and we had a lot of questions. He explained to us extra service packages, was honest, and did not push anything on us. Really great to work with as well and good wit. We also wanted wheel locks, service dept gave us a discount, and another sales rep offered to take our car and get wheel locks installed. He did it for us even though he wasn’t our sales rep (I believe it was Rick based on the pictures)! It was so thoughtful and kind. The whole dealership felt like family and everybody was so great to work with. Even without the great pricing, I would easily drive 100 miles just for their quality of service alone. Amazing! Used cars have hiccups but they fixed mine 125k miles on a 2014. Family assisted the purchase becsuse I could not make it on my own. They had to replace the Catalytic converter and I didn't buy the extra warranty so getting the work done took a bit longer and the timeline wasn't very clear. I didn't decline the warranty because it was a bad deal and wish I could have afforded it! I had 3+ days without my new car but have hopes if there is an issue they can help. More

From leaving a 5-dollar-bill in sight under the seat, to tracking the fuel economy during their test drives in my cars. This hyundai servicing location will NOT beat on your cars and i would trust them in my wallet. They are honest and have no intention of making a massive profit off of you. Many servicing centers are quick to rack up parts and labor on your bill when no such work is required. Excellent people, excellent managers. 100% recommended John Mercado and John Evans are great people. They don’t treat you as numbers they treat like a person. I had horrible experience in the past with Hyundai in Meriden. In Meriden, they are unprofessional, rude. I will never go back there in my life, these people just see you as a dollar sign. Another awful experience was in Hyundai Hartford were they only care about selling you a car and no willing to help you needs or what you are looking for. Everything change when I walked in into Branfon New Haven Hyundai, great staff, great management, they listen to you and work with you to help satisfied your needs.
