As soon as I walked in all of the sales associates were friendly and greeting me. The sales associate Michael Taylor came over introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I explained to him my situation and what I was exactly looking for. He immediately started to show me all my options to choose from that would fit my needs. He was polite and very knowledgable with all the cars he sells. He explained every last detail with the car I chose. Usually in the past at dealerships I would feel pressured or they didn't care about me as a customer. Michael made me feel comfortable and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with him. I left with a new car and it was everything I was looking for. He was wonderful to work with and he made me feel more like family than just a customer.
