I had recently reached my 30,000 mile mark...yes it has taken me 7 years but t The basic service requested was an oil change for my 2010 Honda Accord. I had recently reached my 30,000 mile mark...yes it has taken me 7 years but that's what happens when you retire. The service area is always clean and quiet. The service folks always polite and informative. Waiting for my car in their recently remodeled showroom if very comfortable. Other than having several different music stations....the wait was tolerable. I always bring a good book with me. The only suggestion I would have has nothing to do with service, which really is the main concern. I would suggest they pick one source for music and not have two different sources besides the audio from Honda commercials on the screens around the seats and the tv. More

Always great service! I always get great service here. This time when I went to book my appointment I told the scheduling person I was probably going to need a large servic I always get great service here. This time when I went to book my appointment I told the scheduling person I was probably going to need a large service because of my milage. She said they don’t do that and that it would be on a need base according to what the tech said the car would need, so she quoted two other services other than the oil change. When I areive at service desk they told me I needed a full big milage service and it was going to be twice $ quited because there were more fluids to change and flush. That was disappointing. I had to put the charge on my credit card - no good! More
