They not only gave me a lower price quote, but during the process Joe and the technician discovered regarding some costly repairs on my Honda Civic. As far as referrals, I have personally referred at least 25 friends, neighbors, and co-workers ( I actually lost count; it could be quite a bit more) to Brandfon who have purchased cars, and many others to the service department, all of whom have thanked me for steering them to such a fine dealership. I have always been treated with respect and felt valued as a customer, two areas that is sadly not the norm with so many other car dealerships. The sales department is knowledgeable, professional and not high pressure( which I think is very important)...special thanks to Nick Pawlowicz. The service department is fantastic in getting done the work quickly and more importantly, always done right the first time.....special callout to Randy Newton and Joe Whitmore. Vehicle in for service. Dealership was spotless, service advisors and service managers were very friendly and helpfull and final price was what I was told and very fair. I needed to get a four wheel alignment for my CRV. The car was in an accident and the garage that fixed my car said they did an aligment. I have a 2007 Honda Civic and the warranty on my car has expired. I needed to get the drivers side visor replaced and checked if they would give me a discount since Honda's had a few issues with the visors expired. I called Branford Honda and they offered to check with Honda to see if Honda would cover part of the cost (Note: I also called Manchester Honda and they asked me to do call Honda myself). Honda agreed and Randy called me back and set up an appointment. Branford Honda and Randy really look to provide good customer service and I am extremely happy that they take time out to ensure they get the best deals for their customers. They are honest and extremely helpful. I would recommend Branford Honda anyday !! More
