When I went to purchase my car, Joel listened to my needs and sold me a Civic based on my prior ownership. He could have upsold, but I wouldn't have been as thrilled as I am with my car. Steve was great to deal with. I left with a car that looked like it just stepped out of the showroom. I love this dealership and will always go back to them. They never miss a beat. While at Brandfon Honda to pick up my wife's new Accord, I mentioned that I would like to find a place that could do a good "detailing" on my somewhat rough '08 Mercury Mountaineer. After all, she was gett I mentioned that I would like to find a place that could do a good "detailing" on my somewhat rough '08 Mercury Mountaineer. After all, she was getting the new car and it was only fair that I should at least get my car cleaned up a bit. I was introduced to Mr. Steve Sause who is in charge of the reconditioning department at Brandfon. A couple of weeks after delivery of the Accord, I called Steve and made arrangements to bring my Merc. in for a full inside and out cleaning. I left the car the night before it was to be cleaned and when I picked it up in the afternoon, I could not believe it was the same vehicle. It was better than when I pick it up new at the Mercury dealer. The leather seats were spotless, the carpet looked as though it had been replaced with new (it wasn't, just cleaned,) the dashboard had not a sign of dirt or dust, even in the vents. The outside of the truck was so black and shiny I could have shaved in the reflection! Steve and crew went so far as to replace the rusty bolts that hold the license plates on. Now that is attention to detail. I will from now on be bringing my car (and the new Accord - which we love)to Steve for the same service every year. More

I have been having all of my service done at Brandfon for the 9 years I have owned my Civic. They have been consistently superior in the way they handle themselves. Today I went in for an oil change and foun the 9 years I have owned my Civic. They have been consistently superior in the way they handle themselves. Today I went in for an oil change and found I had several problems which needed attention. Even though my bill was much more than I had expected to spend, they made it as painless as possible including giving me a ride to and from home instead of waiting at the dealership. Randy Newton is OUTSTANDING and a real asset to the dealership. He always explains everything in plain English so that even I can understand what is going on. Although I didn't see him today, my salesman, John Prodis always stops to chat with me and when I am ready for a new car, this is where I will purchase it. Keep up the good work!!! More
I bought my first Honda from Brandfon Honda in November 1989 and I have used this dealership exclusively for my service needs ever since. One of my primary requirements for using a dealership for service was knowledge of the automobiles they sold and their ability to service them correctly the first time. For almost all of the years since my first Honda purchase Joe Whitmore has been the person who has assisted me with all of my service needs. He has proven himself to be honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable about all aspects of my various Hondas over these years. Every time I think about buying a different make of auto I always take into consideration the fact that I have a relationship not only with Brandfon Honda, but more importantly, Joe Whitmore,the person I have interacted with at my service visits for the past 19 years. Joe always greets me with his friendly smile and after all of these years I feel like I have a trusted friend advising me about my service needs. I especially respect the fact that I have never felt that I was being sold services that were not really required at the time: a complaint I have heard over the years from friends who used other dealershups. Randy Newton is another service rep that I turn to when Joe is not available. He has always taken very good care of me as well. When I visit Brandfon it is nice to feel that the people that work there know me. I especially enjoy my rides to work and back to the dealership with Jerry Torino, who is the best shuttle driver Brandfon has ever had over the years! In this day and age of impersonal interactions it is refreshing and comforting to come into a dealership where you are met with smiles, friendly service and great workmanship. From my vantage point over the past 22 years, Brandfon Honda seems to continue building upon the quality and integrity of their service and the people who represent that aspect of the dealership to the public. As always the service personell were prompt and courteous. I went in for a standard oil change and was there less than thirty minutes. This is the second time I have brought my car in to be worked on (the last time was in October 2010). I am very pleased with the customer service I receive at this dealership. Today I had my car's oil c worked on (the last time was in October 2010). I am very pleased with the customer service I receive at this dealership. Today I had my car's oil changed, and my driver's headlight replaced because it had burned out. My car is eight years old now, and it still works so well and still seems like a new car because of how well Honda takes care of it. Everyone that works at Brandfon Honda is very friendly and helpful. Although I am not a car expert, they make it so I understand what they are saying about my car. Thank you Brandfon Honda! (Would it be possible to provide snacks as well as coffee that you already serve?) More
