My Accord started having engine trouble late at night during a trip from New Jersey to Boston, and Brandfon happened to be the nearest dealership. I left my car and keys in the late night key-drop, and during a trip from New Jersey to Boston, and Brandfon happened to be the nearest dealership. I left my car and keys in the late night key-drop, and continued on in another vehicle. Brandfon's service was unbelievably conscientious, especially as I was a new customer and, as a New Jersey resident, was not likely to return soon. Joe called me the next day around noon to let me know that they'd **already** identified and repaired the problem, and that it was entirely covered by warranty and wouldn't cost me anything. Joe also managed to figure out how a way for me to pick up my car on my drive back through Connecticut, even though it was the Sunday before Memorial Day and the dealership was closed. Brandfon service made what seemed like a disaster into a totally painless experience. Thanks so much! I would give this dealership my highest recommendation to anyone in the New Haven area interested in purchasing or servicing a Honda. More

I haven't dealt with sales here, but have had my Honda Accord serviced here a few times. Randy in the service department is a genuinely honest, friendly and helpful adviser. I was just in to have my rear brakes replaced and was in and out in 45 minutes. Much less than I expected considering I didn't have an appointment. I will continue to be a regular customer here for service and encourage others to do the same. More

I really enjoyed my experience at Brandfon Honda. I've been to a few Honda dealerships and this one is by far the best. He was very informative but didn't pressure us to have anything done to the car. Since we only have one car, they offered a shuttle back to our apartment and then back to the dealership when the car was ready! Also Randy worked to get us the best price. They said the car would be done in 90 minutes and it was...on the dot! Not to mention they washed it for us, too. Thanks, Randy and Brandfon! More

Great dealer for fast service, price, with very good workmanship. Always feels good when you can trust a dealer that is there for you and loves to go the extra step and explain the service before and a workmanship. I called and spoke to Joe who was friendly on the phone. When I got to the dealership for the oil change thre were several servicepeople around, all friendly and professional. From the time we bought our first Honda Fit just over 2 years ago and then our 2nd one 8 months ago we have had nothing but high praises for both the sales and service depts. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brandfon Honda to anyone. I just had our newer vehicle serviced this afternoon and they had me in and out in a short period of time. They changed the oil, checked all the fluids, filled the tires, and washed our car all for $19.95. You can't beat that.--Warren Harris. More

I have been bringing my car to Brandfon Honda since I purchased it from there in October 2004. When I bring it in for Service, I am usually helped by Randy Newton. Called in early afternoon for same day appt- took me in right away for normal service and multi point inspection. Took under 1 hour and priced well- washed the car- I'm impressed- Bought my demo CRV in Jan right away for normal service and multi point inspection. Our car was purchased from this dealership and we have it serviced through them. We have always been pleased with the customer service from day one. The salesman was friendly and made the process of buying serviced through them. We have always been pleased with the customer service from day one. The salesman was friendly and made the process of buying the car an honest experience. There was a follow up call from the owner of the dealership to make sure we were pleased with our car. They send us coupons which in this financial environment is a big help. We love the service area. We have never had a problem with booking an appointment and the service advisor always explains what has been done and lets us know what needs to be done before they do it. We would definitely go back to purchase another car. More
