Great experience--speedy, friendly greeting at the top of the visit, first thing in the morning (7:30am). Service advisor Randy was thorough and cordial. I had a problem with my car again over the weekend. I drove it to Brandfon without an appointment. He immediately went to my car to listen to the problem and saw to it that my car was serviced most promptly. The problem was identified and the part replaced. Randy met me when the work was completed and explained what had been done. I left there feeling very confident that my car was fixed and I would not have to worry about driving it again. I rated my expirience as a great because I did not have to make an appointment for service. When I arrived at the dealership I was helped right away. The wait was resonable without an appointment. He reviewed the services performed onthe car, confirmed the price being charged which was the same as he told me up front.
