I came into Brandfon Honda for my 5,000 oil change today and was greeted by Randy Newton, whom I found to be courteous and accomodating when he asked me the reason for my visit today. I advised him that I would wait for the oil change service to be completed and Randy said I could wait in the show room lounge and would be advised when the service was complete. In about a half hour the service was complete and Randy brought me to the cashiers office and explained the performance done and all the findings they had found on my vehicle, which by the way were all good. I have never had a bad experience at Brandfon. This last visit was great. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I went to get dvd fixed in our car, they gave me the name and number of place to get i visit was great. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I went to get dvd fixed in our car, they gave me the name and number of place to get it fixed because it is not a honda dvd. Then asked if they could do anything else for the car. I bought my car at BranfonHonda and get my oil changes here. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I never feel they try to push you to buy or use any services. It is a great environment! Tom Peters (service adviser)was very pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain the estimate of the total cost associated with the maintenance for changing a timing belt on my Ridgeline and the i with. He took the time to explain the estimate of the total cost associated with the maintenance for changing a timing belt on my Ridgeline and the importance of changing the water pump and belts at the same time. He also advised me aware of the current discounts that the dealer was advertising associated with this maintenance. The cost estimate for this maintenance was very close to the final cost. Two of the plastic screws that retain the plastic molding in the engine compartment was missing. Although, there are other fasteners retaining the molding this did not affect the retention of the molding. More

Brandfon service department has always been friendly, accommodating, eager to make me a satisfied "client". Work done has always been done well (never had to have a fixed problem redone). The service staff were quite expert in teasing out the nature of my extra concerns and very creative about finding inexpensive or, i other concerns. I had no sense that the service staff were trying to up-sell, only that they wanted to help me resolve my concerns in the most efficient and inexpensive way. It is refreshing to encounter such reasonableness. More
