As soon as I drove in the service area, I was promptly greeted by the service manager and left the keys in the ignition and asked nicely my purpose for service today. I expressed the need to purchase another car for my wife,so he kindly showed my around the lot of what was available. I then thank him for his time and located the waiting area where I helped myself to a cup of coffee and was able to find a recent magazine of the new Phila. Eagles cornerback!(Sports Illustrated)As soon as I finished the article, service had finished my oil change best of all, they were having a special on oil changes that save me 35$!OVERJOYED! More

I brought the car in for an oil change and three issues,1. Key electronics not working, 2. Possibly out of alignment, and 3. Chattering of the brakes at high speed stops or slow downs. They checked issues,1. Key electronics not working, 2. Possibly out of alignment, and 3. Chattering of the brakes at high speed stops or slow downs. They checked everything and even test drove the car for the braking issue. They reported no problems, did the oil change and replaced what needed to be replaced in the keys. I was in and out in less then two hours and only spent $21. More

I am welcomed, as if I'm family, and treated special. Randy has always taken care of me in service and I have never had a complaint. I have 5 other newish cars, not Honda's, MB's and VW's, so I know the other dealers and such. There is always the 'this and that' , but at Branfon Honda, they are always 'straight forward and honest' ( wow... when dealing with a car salesman, this statement may surprise you). I recently traded in my older Pilot for a new one 2011, black. loaded. , got an unbelievable deal, they did all the paperwork and I rolled in one day. I must say that the pilots need Michelins to give you the best performance and handling. LOve my car, love my dealer and love the people....so call me crazy. Mike C. More

Tom Peters in the Service Department was very courteous and friendly. Very thorough in searching for past repair history of my vehicle. That is a big plus since I have dealt with other repair dealers for my previous vehicles in the past and the work was of poor quality and over-priced for the type of repair done i.e; final bill was not the quoted price. When I leave Branfon Honda I know that the job was done right! Also, I always receive a friendly "hello" every time I am at Branfon from car salesman Nick Pawlowicz, from whom I purchased my Element in 2003, he is the best! More
