This is one of the best service departments I have seen in many years. When my car was ready, the service manager even walked the lot with me to get my car. I brought my car into Branfon last week because of lock problems I was having. Amanda was very nice and took the time to update my records and really understand what was the problem with the vehicle. She set me up with a ride to work and sent me on my way. Once the vehicle was done she called promptly and explained what was wrong with the car and that the issue had been resolved. It was a pleasure working with Amanda and Branfon. I have always had good experiences at Branfon but I think Amanda has taken the top spot for me so far. More
I recently moved from Florida to New Haven, and after the long drive, my car began overheating. I took it to another Honda dealership in the New Haven area, but the service department wanted to charge me $25 long drive, my car began overheating. I took it to another Honda dealership in the New Haven area, but the service department wanted to charge me $2500 and unnecessarily replace several parts that I had just had replaced. When I brought the car to Brandfon Honda, they were much more straightforward with me. I ended up paying only $200 and drove back home without the car overheating. My service representative, Joe Whitmore, was especially helpful and patient. Glad I could find a honest Honda service place in the area. (Also, they offer a student discount.) More

Had to bring my ridgeline for a recall. Tom Peters took care of everything. I had my oil changes and service done here in the past but stopped because of length of time it took to complete. But I was very happy this time and whatever they did to change there tone of service to me at least was great. I would recommend them for service in the future and I will attempt to have service done there again. Overall I rate the service very good. More

I needed to be in this dealer three different times, three consecutive Fridays, because because they did not have the parts that my car needed for its complete service. It meant a lost of time and as re three consecutive Fridays, because because they did not have the parts that my car needed for its complete service. It meant a lost of time and as result my disapproval and no-satisfaction for their service, which under these conditions is expensive and inefficient. I never heard an excuse. For the workers, my time was not an important variable in the qualification of their quality of service. I also had a bad experience, for the same work one guy rated 1 work-hour and the other one 0.5 hours. That kind of inconsistencies are not acceptable in this kind of business. One of those Fridays I was looking around the exhibition room, no body asked me anything. Am I not important as a client? I am right now making the decision of buying a new car. A client or potential client is always important more in this times of economic recession. Jerry, the shuttle's guy, is doing an excellent work with his kindness and consistency in the quality of his service. He really likes what he is doing. More

I serviced my car at Branfon for at least the first 15 years. I purchased my second Honda Civic EX in June 2010. Each experience I have had at Honda has been courteous and professional. The one serviceman that stands out to me, over the several years I have been a customer with Brandfon Honda, is Joe Whitmore. He has always been friendly regardless of whether or not whether I brought my car to him on the day of service. He has always had a friendly "hello", explains the problem in a manner in which you can understand, and is an "asset" to the Brandfon Honda.
