On September 14th I had a great experience with Branfon Honda. I had Jon Carter for a Service Advisor, and he was great!!! I told him what I was experiencing and he said to bring the car right down. My car required routine maintenance and Brandfon's technician discovered mechanical belts that needed to be replaced. Randy Newton, the service consultant involved, contacted me about this additional problem and then arranged a repair appointment time that fit into my work schedule. Everthing was handled very professionally. In purchasing a car it is not the price alone that matters. Excellent service is critically needed to meet the customer's long term needs. Brandfon Honda definitely takes excellent care of its customers. More

This is by far the best Honda service station I have ever been to. I moved to Connecticut from Indiana and I felt like the Honda service stations in Connecticut were very rude and expensive after having vis been to. I had many negative experiences with them. I work in the Groton/New London area and I happened to just visit Brandfon Honda one day because it was the nearest dealership when I was traveling to New Haven. I was so impressed by Brandfon Honda's friendliness, quality of service and cost that now, I recognize their service department as having far better service than anything I had expected before. The Brandfon Honda branch really knows how to treat people, and I won't be taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to any other dealership anymore. Thank you Brandfon Honda for making my service experience pleasant when I was about to give up on Honda service. More
