I waas just in because of a recall, so no money was to be made on me. But each and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. If the prices weren't so high on service, I would use them more of made on me. But each and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. If the prices weren't so high on service, I would use them more often, but any time I have my oil changed with the special, if the service people find something, I go to my mechanic and he usually does it for less, or tells me I can wait for the service they recommened. I trust my mechanic so I usually have the car looked at again at next oil change, and if the issue is really pending I fix it them. I really don't mind having any work done at the dealer, it is always pleasant, freindly, and the waiting room is nice. (one of the perks, my mechanic does not have) But in this economy, my wallet has to come first. Def would recommend this dealer when buying a car, and I have done so. Most likely the next car I buy will also be from Brandfon Honda More

Amanda, my service rep, went out of her way to be helpful and as cost-conscious as she could for me. We have a 2000 Honda civic ex with 161,000 miles on it. We've had several major repairs in the last coup and as cost-conscious as she could for me. We have a 2000 Honda civic ex with 161,000 miles on it. We've had several major repairs in the last couple years and I wondered if we would be throwing good money after bad. She scheduled me for a loaner, and did all she could to contain costs and also reassure me that the car was still worth the investment. At the end, she explained that we would need no major repairs for another 40-50,000 miles, and given the new struts, shocks, tires, bushings, bolts, and an axle seal, it would ride like a new car. Sure enough it did! She and (Sam?) who was on when she was off in the middle of the repair kept in excellent phone contact with me as well. While the repairs were pricey compared to Pep Boys, they are always done well. And she said, "you'll get 300,000 miles out of this car if you keep maintaining it as well as you have. And when you bring it in with 300K, I'll probably tell you it'll be good for another 20K." More
