Brandfon Honda has always been very service oriented. I bought both my 2004 and 2009 from Brandfon Honda and have my cars serviced only at his dealership. Today they checked a problem regarding a caution light on the dashboard. They determined it was an under-inflated rear tire. They took care of it on the spot "for no charge" and even washed the car through the courtesy car wash. More
This was the second time for service on our 2006 CRV, which we purchased from Brandfon. The first for an oil change was a fine experience. The second gets a little convoluted. Although my wife was told an oil change would take awhile, she did not expect a 90 minute visit. Then, as the first time she received a report on the car. This is appreciated but does create the dilemma we see. The first visit the dealer reported the battery needed replacement because the CCA was down to 325 from the 410. We decided to replace the battery with an aftermarket one that was highly rated at numerous online sources. We bought a 500 CCA 3 year full replacement battery from Autozone. Now the second oil change took 90 minutes, and also generated a report of the vehicle's condition. Once again we got a battery test printout, which showed the battery to be down to 398 CCA, but the rating was shown as a 410? and under that it said "flooded"? Cannot imagine what that means. The other report item on the receipt indicates we should have a transmission fluid service for $89 + tax? The service manual says the auto trans should be serviced at 120k miles or 6 years and every 90k after that! The car has 39,000 miles on it?? The fluid wears out after 6 years?? If there was 80 or 90k this probably wouldn't bother me, but 39K??? I don't recall these premium fluids having a 6 year life, so I'm left wondering? Oh, yeah, the battery test. The printout shows 398 CCA. I went back to Autozone 2 days later because I have a full replacement for 3 years and they tested it at 490 CCA while I watched. I wonder if I even needed the battery after the first lowball test?? I do have to question the service department's intentions! Battery test results very low, and no explanation about the auto trans service needs, just a note we should plan on doing it next visit. I discussed the service issue with our saleman, who leaned toward doing the AT service, but did not have an answer for the battery tests. We bought a super car from them, but I am somewhat questioning of the service aspect of the relationship! More

When something may cost a lot of money and I need to consult with my partner, he is more than willing to wait, explain everything to both of us, and give us a real-life recommendation on what to do. My only issue has been with warranty coverage, which I was quoted on without a warranty coverage one visit, and when asked about it the next visit, warranty would provide full coverage, an $800 value that means a big difference to a current student. It was never offered to check the warranty during that first visit, and I'm thankful someone reminded me to ask at the next visit. Aside from that, Branfon is a fantastic place to take your car. More

Received a Safety Recall Notice for my '09 CR-V. Called and made an appointment as directed in the letter. Brandfon Honda was very accommodating and made my appointment for a day and time that was convenie and made an appointment as directed in the letter. I was told it might be 45 min. to an hour wait, but I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready after only 10-15 minutes! Thank you for great service... as always!! More

As I drove up to the service section and got out of the car I was greeted nicely by Jon. Although their computer system had been revamped with a new program and was very slow I was signed in quickly. I mentioned a problem and Jon offered a suggestion of a solution that made sense to both of us and I agreed to the additional work. (the problem seems to be solved). The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee was good. The work took longer than was estimated which could have been a problem. More
