Next I went to the waiting area for free coffee. I was out in less than an hour with a service report that includes useful information like brake pad thickness measurements. They change my oil for less than I could do it myself and they maintain my maintenance history for me. Who could ask for anything better? More

There are a lot of reasons why I like this place. Even the look of the place is appealing. It reminds me of the Mercedes dealership I used to know in Los Angeles where I used to wash windows when I was young. The kind of place that seems like I can't afford it...but I can! I love that there is a shuttle that will take me back and forth from home while the car is being serviced. Weeeee!!!! Gotta love that. And even before I knew about the shuttle, I would stay on the premises, connect for free to the internet and do my work. Even if you forget your laptop, they have a computer there in the waiting area you can use. There's cafe table seating, a more loungey area and also a desk if you need it. Seriously, its the most painless automotive purchase and service experience I have ever known. More
