The service advisors are always pleasant , especially Joe. They are usually very obliging I would update the waiting area with new, clean chairs, and not cloth chairs. Brandfon is always very accomodating and so pleasant to work with. We didn't want to wait the one and a half hours while they did the maintenance work scheduled so they provided a shuttle service and the d work with. The garage and waiting room are both spotless Everyone is so friendly and efficient; it is a pleasure to go there. As you can see, I gave them high marks. They deserve tham! More

I visited the dealership on a Saturday for seervice which was convenient as I did not have to lose time from work. I was greeted & my car taken immediately. This is the second Honda I have bought from Brandfon. I have always been treated with courtesy and my needs always met. I had my car serviced on Saturday, Oct 15 and worked with Jon Carter. He was able to have my oil change done, mount new tires in the front and install my rear windshield wiper all in the time that was promised and at a reasonable price. Even though there is a Honda dealership in my town, I always return to Brandfon. More
