I made an appointment at Brandfon Honda for a recall notice I'd received regarding a software update. Tom Peters was very polite and when I mentioned that I was having a problem getting my phone to wor notice I'd received regarding a software update. Tom Peters was very polite and when I mentioned that I was having a problem getting my phone to work with my handsfree link, he arranged for Matt DeMarco to assist me when I returned to get my car. I was very pleased that my car had been washed. I'm very grateful for the time Matt spent with me syncing my phone and then teaching me how to put in phone numbers, etc. I'm sure he spent a half hour or more, and I didn't even buy my car at this dealership! I'd purchased the car at the first dealership that had the model and color in stock that I wanted. After using Brandfon's service department and being treated so well, I will buy my next Honda from them. More

The personnel were ready at the scheduled appointment time - I did not need to wait in line for a service representative to work with me. The waiting room was pleasant, although the internet access appeared to be down. Periodically, someone would come by and ask if anyone had any issues or needed transportation. The job was completed on time and on the estimate provided initially. Throughout the process, everyone was polite and considerate. It was a pleasure having the service done at Brandfon Honda. More

I was having some trouble with a stutter in the transmission (2007 Honda Accord, V6). The problem only presented when the engine was cold. The service manager allowed me to park the car overnight transmission (2007 Honda Accord, V6). The problem only presented when the engine was cold. The service manager allowed me to park the car overnight at the dealership and take the car out on a test drive with a mechanic first thing in the morning. The mechanic felt the problem and was then able to begin finding the cause. All through the process the staff was courteous and professional and the mechanic demonstrated good knowledge and experience. The problem turned out to be a faulty torque converter. It required a lot of work to repair (drop the transmission, etc.). Fortunately for me, the job was covered under the drive train warranty. That being the case, I greatly appreciate the courtesy and profession quality of service rendered --- couldn't have been better. Thanks Tom, Lou, and Brandfon Honda! More
