Brought car in for routine oil change, have repair to visor, and identify engine noise. The oil was changed and noise was identified as serpentine belt. Real frendly and knowledgeble. I went in for a reacall and the dealership was able to help me right then and there in a timely fashion. Also got a quote for winter tires wich i found it to be real fair. T and the dealership was able to help me right then and there in a timely fashion. I have generally had a good experience with the service department - with one exception. I only have my car serviced at this dealership. I am sure it is costing me more overall, but I think knowledge, exp department - with one exception. I only have my car serviced at this dealership. I am sure it is costing me more overall, but I think knowledge, experience and quality are worth it. The price of today's visit was exceptional. They also fixed a problem that they had caused at no charge and without an argument. A very different experience than the one I had with a certain unnamed Chevy dealership in my area. More
