I was greeted by Jon the service representative upon arrival and he immediately asked what it was I wanted done. I needed a oil and filter change and the service required by the recall for the automatic arrival and he immediately asked what it was I wanted done. He asked if there was anything else and I told him to check the condition of the coolant. He told me that I can pick up the car in about 2 1/2 hours.It was completed in less time and he called me to say it was ready. Jon told me that the did the multi point service check and that the coolant was fine and not in need of changing. Jon was friendly, courteous and professional. More

I had brought my car in at 9 a.m. on a weekday for it's service, which can be a very busy time, and the service was completed and car washed in roughly a little more than an hour. I had told them I was crammed for time with work and I believe they did everything they could to get me out on the road again in a timely manner.
