I have delt with several Chrysler dealers and have never been treated as great as I have been with Honda. Any person I have had to deal with, whether it is service, sales or even a phone call I am left wit been treated as great as I have been with Honda. My wife's 1997 Prelude has had a problem for the last 11 years. On a seemingly random basis she'll turn the ignition key to start the car and NOTHING happens. Absolutely nothing. It might turn over the seco years. On a seemingly random basis she'll turn the ignition key to start the car and NOTHING happens. Absolutely nothing. It might turn over the second time or the 20th ??? Once she sat at a gas pump for 20 minutes after filling up before it started.Ultimately it always started but she never knew when it might not. Westbrook Honda couldn't diagnose the problem for 11 years. Jon Carter introduced me to Bob Lord,the lead tech at Brandfon, who took it in and had the answer in an hour.It turned out to be a very rare problem but isn't that why one goes to a Honda shop for service? The repair was not the cheapest one I've ever had but it certainly was the most welcome one. I thank you and my wife (especially)thanks you. More

I have been to Brandfon on three seperate occasions, twice for oil changes and just recently for a "recall" (software update). Jon in Service has assisted me every time and he is always friendly, court twice for oil changes and just recently for a "recall" (software update). I have to say I was greeted very promptly and my car was serviced in a very reasonable amount of time for not having an appointment on a Monday morning. I was able to drive right into the service garage vi serviced in a very reasonable amount of time for not having an appointment on a Monday morning. I was able to drive right into the service garage via the express service lane and was processed by the service rep (Amanda) who was very knowledgeable and professional. She even made me aware of a coupon special even before I could ask her about them. She kept me updated on the progress and some minor additional attention the car needed and quickly got that taken care of. Great experience. Great dealership. The person who sold us the car two years ago also stopped by to see how I was and if she could help me with anything (Jonann Panzo). The same goes for the sale manager (Robert Van Almkirk) who did the same. They and the great service dept are the reasons I recommend my friends and family to this dealership and why we are repeat customers. More
