Randy took my order in a timely and very courteous manner. He made sure that I had transportation to my home and was in contact with me while the work was being performed. I was pleased with the friendliness, quality of the work, and the price. Jerry provided the transportation to and from my home. I got a price for rear brakes (rotors and pads) left the dealership and went to local shop where I service my other autos and he quoted 50% less than Brandfon. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly and informative. The timeframes for the service were reasonable and accurate. It is a pleasure dealing with the members of the service dept. Coutious, Knowledgable, pleasent. Repairs are always done right. Good quality of workmanship. My experienced at Brandfon Honda was great! My service advisor was very attentive in what I'm telling to him and I appreciated that. Same thing with the employee at the parts department, they listen to wh advisor was very attentive in what I'm telling to him and I appreciated that. Same thing with the employee at the parts department, they listen to what you are saying which is the best thing. The only thing I don't like was that the plastic cover of my engine was scratched, maybe they put it upside down and accidentally pushed it. Anyway despite of all I will recommend this dealer to my friends because first of all NO appointment needed for service, GREAT and FRIENDLY staff...! This was my first time going to Brandfon Honda service dept with my new Honda. It was only about 5 minutes to check in, and Jon told me it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours for the oil change. It took just over dept with my new Honda. It was only about 5 minutes to check in, and Jon told me it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours for the oil change. It took just over 1 hour! It was an easy experience and very pleasant. I will definately recommend Brandfon to my friends. More

I have to say that the service area employees are top notch. I have always been able to get my car in for service and last winter when I thought I ripped the bottom of my car out I just drove right there notch. I have always been able to get my car in for service and last winter when I thought I ripped the bottom of my car out I just drove right there and they put it up on the lift and checked it out without appointment. I'm sure that I could find some things cheaper at other auto body sevice areas, but I feel that they know me here and I don't have to worry about the care of my car. I will continue to use this service and well recommend to my friends. When the time comes to buy again , I would buy from them. Thanks Donna Shumway More
