Amazing service! I never serviced here before my first time here was when another service center ruined my car, i called Brandfon from a recommendation from a friend. I never serviced here before my first time here was when another service center ruined my car, i called Brandfon from a recommendation from a friend. I got Lauren on the phone, she took me right in and took care of me every step of the way. Every thing was flawless and went smoothly. Now i continue to service there with Lauren She is just the best at what she does. I even traded in my civic and bought a new 2017 from Brandfon. Will continue to service here! More

Post Sales is Abysmal Brandfon Honda's sales service was good. I leased two vehicles from this dealership. BUT post sales support is terrible. Owners and business leader Brandfon Honda's sales service was good. I leased two vehicles from this dealership. BUT post sales support is terrible. Owners and business leaders lease vehicles in substandard condition (electronics don't work) and then state they can't help and it's Honda's problem. No, this is your problem you sold the car. I should not have to explain to you how customers should be treated. Or how trusting relationships are built. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BRANDFON AGAIN. More

Very pleasant experience My husband and I brought our ridgeline in for an airbag recall. Something very simple. We arrived, the young lady Lauren was so pleasant and friendly. My husband and I brought our ridgeline in for an airbag recall. Something very simple. We arrived, the young lady Lauren was so pleasant and friendly. We were checked in and on our way in 5 minutes. We the received a call later in the afternoon (before we thought it would be done) letting us know it was all set. Lauren also reviewed some items the tech noticed on our safety check. It wasn’t a sales pitch call either! Which was great she generall wanted to just keep us informed. Which is usually the opposite of the “dealer logic” the entire service experience was wonderful! Thank you Lauren and brandfon for always being honest and pleasant! More

Great salespeople and service! I bought my Honda Accord here two years ago and the sales associate, Manny, was wonderful to work with. I recently brought family friends to buy anoth I bought my Honda Accord here two years ago and the sales associate, Manny, was wonderful to work with. I recently brought family friends to buy another car from Manny and he was wonderful to them as well. My mom bought her car at Brandfon as well, before I bought mine so we have wonderful experiences at this dealership. I highly recommend Manny and the Brandfon Honda dealership! More
