The attitude starts at the top Well here is a follow up from my call with the owner, Corey Brandfon. In his response he was offering to "speak with you to work towards a resolution." Don't be fooled: It was nothing like that. What he did say is that he was interested in hearing my side so they could correct anything that went wrong with the process. He also said that his management style is to "...[not to] override my managers' decisions". So, to make a long story short, while his response implies working out a resolution, there was no movement his part. So I reiterate. It amazes how little responsibility Corey Brandfon was willing to accept. This is a low-character, bottom-feeding, unethical operation. What appeared to be an olive branch turned out to be a sharp stick in my eye. As an aside, you may want to note that, after a string of mostly positive reviews, the last three reviews -- the only reviews covering 2022 -- have been one-star. Ain't that telling you something?
