Having had the bleak experience shopping around a few other dealers taking advantage of the auto supply issue caused by the chip shortage and worsened by hurricane Ida, I’m pleasantly surprised that I was able to find Brandfon Honda and close a transaction with this dealership in less than 3 days. Chris Donofrio is such a great sales and gentleman, there was no pressure at all working with him. He was very responsive in replying to my texts and answering my calls. I was able to work out all the details with him in less than 3 hours through on-and-off text messages on a busy Sunday. He helped followed up on all the paperwork on Monday and we were able to pick up the shiny new car on Tuesday.
