Not only did he leave a mess in my car he also lost/took my flash drive that i had plugged into the USB attached to the car in the glove box. I called to see if maybe they had it and just forgot to put it back in and he treated me like an idiot. He suggested that I just needed to look on the floor of the car for it, which ofcourse I had already done several times, and then dismissed me completely. He said he remembered seeing the flash drive plugged in but didn't unplug it, I dont think it could have fallen out on its own, it is pretty securely attached when plugged in. I am really upset because that flash drive had all my music on it and also I should not have to worry about things going missing from my car when I bring it in. There was no resolution and the only suggestion was to bring the car in so they could look on the floor and see if it was there. I have two young children and work full time, I dont have time to just stop by for another hour while they look through a car i have already thoroughly looked through and Im not going to take off work for that. More

They even check the car on the outside to note its condition (which is a good CYAS for both you and the dealer in case something is amiss after it is returned to you). I only came in for an oil change, but they checked my fluids, tire tread, brake pads, and gave a complimentary car wash. What's nice is that they actually gave me a written copy of everything they found/measured. Plus, the price was reasonable (like the national chains), but with more professionalism. The waiting area is is clean, quiet, modern, roomy, and does not smell like a garage! I can't recommend these guys enough. More
