Billy handled the closing paperwork efficiently, informatively and pleasantly. I had a chance to spend some time with Wes and he seems like a terrific young sales associate. Great from top to bottom I walked into Brandfon Honda after being completely ignored by a Honda dealership up the road. General manager Paul Agosti, greeted me at the door and I walked into Brandfon Honda after being completely ignored by a Honda dealership up the road. General manager Paul Agosti, greeted me at the door and introduced me to his newest sales associate, Matt, who gave me a test drive in a Honda Clarity. When I returned wel sat down and they spent 45 minutes answering my questions. Both Paul and Matt stayed a half hour past closing until all were answered. I was impressed with their sincerity and willingness to work with me to get the car I wanted. Ultimately, I put a deposit on a lease for a new Clarity, Paul went the extra mile to close the deal. There was never any sales pressure from the seasoned general manager or the newest member of the Brandfon team. Even after i drove away in my new car i still got a check-in from Matt. Kudos to Paul and his entire team! More
