Poor communication My husband went into Brandfon (8/16) to look for a white 2016 Honda Civic. He found one with the help of salesperson Chris Augur. On 8/19 I went back with him to see the car and we put a $500 deposit down. We were told the car just came in “like 2 days ago” and they were waiting for the title to come from MA , and they also needed to do the inspection and repair/replace anything that was warranted because this is a “certified pre-owned “ vehicle. We were told we would hear from them on Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday evening I hadn’t heard back so I called Chris. We made arrangements to come in Friday afternoon between 4-4:30 and purchase the vehicle. I got there on Friday at 4:20, Chris came out and asked how my day was, then he told me his was busy because he was in training for another position. When I said “ok can I buy my car now?” He said “ hold on , I’ll be right back.” When he got back I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me purchasing cars and the man who does the paperwork wouldn’t be able to get to us before they close at 6pm. Come back on Sunday at 3:00. ( I thought I had an appointment?). So Sunday we arrived at 2:45, sat with the financial guy who apologized for not having the paperwork in order because he was told our appointment was at 4:00!! Finally I was given my vehicle but....” you’ll have to stop back in at your convenience because we only have one key and need to make another one. Ok......... I was shown how to use the cars computer/Bluetooth and we left. On Thursday 8/29 we received a call stating that our air conditioning condenser part had come in and we could schedule a time to bring the car in and have it replaced. No one ever told us that the condenser needed replacing. I was offered Friday at 1:30 to drop off the car, they said it should only take a couple of hours. I got there and the nice woman in the service department asked if I had already paid for the repair service. I explain that I just got the car on Sunday and I was sure it was under warranty. Then she asked for the paperwork I was given for the repair, I explained I never even knew I needed a repair and was given no paperwork. She then asked If I planned to pick up the car today? I said yes and was there a reason I may not be able to? She said it seemed like a lot of work and they close at 5:30. I informed her that I know none of this was her fault, but if I was unable to get my car today there was going to be a huge problem! I was called 2 1/2 hours later and went to pick up the car with the new condenser and the new key. I hope I never have to go there again myself and would absolutely never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Wrong diagnosis made right I Brought my Honda Pilot in to Branfon Honda because I was hearing a strange engine noise. The work was done for what they felt was causing the noise I Brought my Honda Pilot in to Branfon Honda because I was hearing a strange engine noise. The work was done for what they felt was causing the noise but after a few days I could still hear it so I brought it in again. A mechanic took it for a test drive right there and then and told me what it was which was a different diagnosis, a cheaper part. Jason who I believe is the service manager re-imbursed me in full for the previous work and the parts and labor on the correct work. I couldn't be more impressed with the way this was handled. This is the 3rd Honda I have owned and I always take them to Branfon Honda for all work. I have found them to be competitively priced and very honest. This was the first time I have had a problem and they made it right without any arguments. The staff in the service dept could not be any friendlier and helpful More
