We had been out all day looking for a van for our our soon to be family of 5. LOW PRESSURE SALES, HIGH EXPECTATIONS I was in the market for a new car and went to this dealership by a friend's recommendation. As a female walking into a car dealership, it can be stres I was in the market for a new car and went to this dealership by a friend's recommendation. As a female walking into a car dealership, it can be stressful and intimidating. However, this was the exception. I made an appointment to test drive the Honda HR-V and was greeted by a wonderful woman who introduced me to my sales consultant Bilal Zafar. I discussed my needs and he actually listened. He never tried to up sell or dazzle me with unnecessary features or packages.. As a single mother who works full time, I am conscious of my budget and did not want to make an immediate decision based on emotion which so many other car dealers attempt. When I fell in love with the HR-V, it was time to discuss numbers. The sales manager Steve gave me the most competitive pricing and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. They exceeded all of my expectations and never tried to pressure me into buying before I was completely satisfied. Nothing is worse than going into a dealership and hearing, "What do I need to do today, to get you to buy right now?" We live in a world where consumes are more sophisticated and this is one of the few dealerships who recognize that.
