I have purchased several vehicles from Brandfon Honda over the years and will continue to do so because of the honesty and quality of the people selling the cars. My most recent experience with the deale over the years and will continue to do so because of the honesty and quality of the people selling the cars. My most recent experience with the dealership was in the service department. Again, it is more than the quality of the work performed which has always been very good; it is the honesty, integrity and willingness to please the customer that separates Brandfon from other dealerships. Brandfon Honda made purchasing a new vehicle a stress free and enjoyable experience. The sales representatives were knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and did not hesitate to put up wit free and enjoyable experience. The sales representatives were knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and did not hesitate to put up with my indecisiveness on the model for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I didn’t feel as if I was being “forced” into a vehicle, I truly felt that the sales person took my needs and desires into consideration when helping me to select the perfect vehicle to fit my lifestyle. The financing representative explained all of the terms and conditions in a manner that did not make me feel overwhelmed or inferior. My visit was topped off with exceptional service when the sales representative was able to not only deliver the model but also the exterior color of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I will be returning to Brandfon Honda for all of my servicing needs and purchases in the future. More
I believe the Brandfon Honda took advantage of me. It started in November 2, 2009, when my car broke. Auto mechanic told me it is not a good idea to put a new engine on an old car and he recommended me to buy a new car. I trusted him, I have a very good credit and I bought a new car. Then, problem started I am studying and I am working a part time. It was difficult for me to pay for the car and car insurance. I decided to return the car. Bradford Honda dialer depreciates the car for$ 4500. Next, the salesman tried to take again advantage of me. He tried to sell me another car the 2008 Kia; even I told him that I already found a car. He insisted me to buy the 2008 Kia. It was a horrible experience with Brandfon Honda. I wouldn’t buy any car from this dealer and I wouldn’t bring my car to repair to that place. More
They weren’t helpful. I will not buy any car from this dealership next time. I changed my mind and I don’t believe they are honest people. I believe they only want make a profit from consumers. I bout a dealership next time. I changed my mind and I don’t believe they are honest people. I believe they only want make a profit from consumers. I bout a new 2010 Honda civic just recently about 2 weeks ago and I have a good credit. I got APR 4.99%. Now is APR 1.9% on New Honda. They told me they can’t change APR too late and a Honda corporate financing will not let it. I talked with the Honda corporate financing and they told me that Honda dealership can do it by run again my credit. When I told them about it they told me “they wouldn’t do it and they gave me a better offer to trade new 2010 Honda civic for 2006 Honda civic, 37500 mile on it. I will not trade my 2010 car for 2006 Honda. I will lose a lot of money. They don’t care if I can’t afford the car. More
It's easy to say, never buy a car with cash from them because you have no leverage to get it fixed the right way.Bought it outright and when we went to put the plates on my brand new car it had all scrat because you have no leverage to get it fixed the right way.Bought it outright and when we went to put the plates on my brand new car it had all scratches all over it and even the leather interior panels had scuffs in them.It went in for the 1st week and the tried to buff the interior panels and i kept telling them to just replace them and tried to fix the scratches with touch up paint...At 151 miles I requested a new car and they said no so they kept it for another week and they replaced the door panel and scratched it putting it in and they repainted the bumper and it doesn't match the car and after all that they forgot to put on the bumper applique on and it went back again. After i picked it up and they called to see how i liked it so i expressed my concrns and told them to come to my house and see it because i was tired of driving there and this was told to 3 people and nobody has shown up yet.I am now going to call the bbb and the attorney general on this matter and take it from there.after 3 months of ownership the car only has 500 miles on it because i use it part time and would have liked to keep it as long as possible but now hate the car.it does ride nice though More
When you walk through the doors of a car dealer, you never know what will happen. Sometimes you’re accosted by a zealous salesperson who will give you 10 minutes of his/her time and then begin the sale never know what will happen. Sometimes you’re accosted by a zealous salesperson who will give you 10 minutes of his/her time and then begin the sales press: “I can only make you this deal today”. Sometimes you’re “greeted” with indifference and ignored in a showroom where you’re the only perspective customer. At Brandfon Honda, I was pleasantly surprised. Kathryn, Tom and Marco made my buying experience the best ever (I almost never use the word "best" to describe anything)! I’ve purchased many vehicles from Chevys to Volvos, new and used. I’ve dealt with good dealerships and mediocre dealerships. Never before have I worked with a group like this. I traveled across the state figuring that I’d kick the tires on another used Ridgeline and left there owning a 2006. These folks put together a better package than any of the other dealers I dealt with in Ct, NJ, Mass or NY during the past month. Additionally, as we worked our way through the details, I began noticing that these were genuinely decent and honest people (all at the same place... an automobile dealership… how did this happen?). The owners of Brandfon Honda obviously understand how to run a business the right way and it is apparent that they hire and train their personnel accordingly. I have never before written a review for a product or business, but in this case, I feel compelled and I’m happy to do so. More
