You can tell that he's not trying just to make a sale - he's trying to get you what you want so you will be happy with your decision. It's clear that he understands that cars are big decisions and that you need to be happy with your decision because you will be living with it every day. Bob VanAlmkerk is a superb manager who has been able to get me great deals on financing and finding the cars I wanted. You can tell he's very experienced and knows how to help you and he gets it done quickly. John Prodis is a tremendous help in explaining the different cars. What I like about John is that he is a no bull kind of person. He will tell you exactly the pros and cons of what you are looking to do. He doesn't just try to sell you a car. He figures out what you want as well as what you need and helps you get there with ALL the information you need. And Brian Chase in the service department is a real constant at Brandfon. He tells you exactly what needs to be done when your car goes in for service. He keeps you safe and doesn't do things that don't need to be done but does exactly what needs to be done. If someone at Brandfon Honda tells me it's raining, I know I don't need to go to the window and check because I know I'm being told the truth. There's not as much of that kind of experience in the world anymore, but it still exists at Brandfon Honda. There's another Honda dealer 10 minutes from where I live but I drive 45 minutes to Brandfon because it is worth the trip. More

By far the best service experience that i've had was when i was out of town and ran into car trouble. Brian in Brandfon's service dept. took the time to talk to the other service manager giving him my Pilot's (175K miles)history and saved me hundreds of dollars. No one really "likes" to buy a new car. Sure some people are car nuts but they aren't buying Hondas, they are buying sports cars or exotics, again not a Honda. So we all walk in to a dealership in an apprehensive mood, not wanting to part with our hard-earned money, bracing to be accosted by an obnoxious sales person. Having bought a long list of autos over 35 years I know this is what I was expecting. And I could not have been more WRONG!! The sales staff was helpful but not pushy and when we were ready to buy they showed us as many vehicles as my wife wanted to see, the color and options had to be just right for her so they showed more patience than I was ready for. The whole shopping and buying process of paperwork, financing, set-up and delivery was seamless. Everyhting went as they said and the car was ready as promised. That not only happened the first time but the other three times I've been back to buy more cars there and then for my daughter too when she bought her own first car. The sales team always remembered us each time we came in and went out of their way to make sure we were happy, even bringing the owner over to meet us and allow us to sit with him to provide direct feedback, a rare event. The whole customer service attitude is carryied over with the mechanics, service desk staff, even the cashiers are warm, friendly and helpful. So now I don't mind buying a new car when I need to because I know what to expect and that the experience can actually be enjoyable, just like that new car smell More
