Her boss I believe his name is Brandon Ph "Sales Representative Estrella Castellanos was not at fault with my overall negative purchasing experience. Her boss I believe his name is Brandon Phillips is the person of blame. First of all he ordered the wrong vehicle and then blamed me for the mistake. There was accessories included in the window sticker of the vehicle I test drove and those accessories were part of the negotiations but I was told that ""there's no way in xxxx your getting the extra stuff."" And to top it all of it's been over 7 weeks now since I purchased my vehicle and my trade-in has yet to be paid off. I don't like being lied to and I think the fact that I have to continually call the dealer for my trade-in pay off updates is ridiculous. My first purchase was a much smoother experience!" More
