Can't Ask For More Everyone at Braman was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I drove off in my new car. When I arrived someone greeted me and asked if I neede Everyone at Braman was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I drove off in my new car. When I arrived someone greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I advised that I was looking for Jerry. He quickly went to get Jerry and directed me to sit and wait for him. While waiting, Rey noticed that I had been waiting for awhile and asked if he could help. Once he found out that I was waiting for Jerry, he notified me that Jerry was with another customer and he would be happy to assist me. Rey was very helpful and straight forward, which I like. He asked questions on my vehicle preference and features I would like. Once we got everything worked out, he ran to get my new car washed, as they were close to closing. When Jerry was finished with his customer, he came and introduced himself and apologized for the wait. Ramon, the finance guy, was great. He made the paperwork quick and painless. Once everything was finalized, Jerry helped me moved my things from my old car to the new one. He then explained all the features of my new car. This was very nice since the dealership was closed. He made me feel special. Not rushing and being very thoughout. I was very satisfied with the service and made me question why dealerships like Lehman was still in business. (I had very horrible service from Lehman both in sales and in service) More
