One minor drawback is that if your car to test drive is on the 7th floor it is a long drive down before the sales agent let's you take over for the test drive, but that is a minor inconvenience. Manuela, Sales Agent was excellent, very friendly and answered all my questions patiently. I would recommend her if you are looking for a nice dealership experience. She was also very good with my 2 children who were with me and engaged them and never showed that they were in the way. Good job Braman Hyundai on striving to deliver a great customer experience.
