Brahman Hyundai good and bad Miriam was helpful and talked me through features of several different cars. I test drove two and drive off property that day with a car that exceeded Miriam was helpful and talked me through features of several different cars. I test drove two and drive off property that day with a car that exceeded my expectations. Miriam had my car washed and cleaned and even installed my license plate herself. When I arrived home I realized that I forgot my parking sticker in the window of the car. Miriam was kind enough to drive it to my home that week. She also followed up a week later to wish me happy holidays. I told them my monthly limit was $300 and they gave me a price of $407. It took me a long while to bring that number down, but they would only settle at $360. Still over my budget, but workable. I spent almost 7 hours here and missed another appointment. Several times I was interrupted by the salesperson taking a personal phone call. Overall, this location did fairly well. More

Bought a brand new 2017 Elantra I really just went to see what deal they could offer me. After speaking with Frankie and considering what I was working with the deal just made sense I really just went to see what deal they could offer me. After speaking with Frankie and considering what I was working with the deal just made sense and I had a 2012 that I was going to replace eventually. My 2017 Elantra is awesome! I love the features.The fact that I can talk on the phone hands free. Since the service department was close, I wasn't able to get a car wash. But that was no problem at all. Frankie assured me that I could come back the next day to get a complete detail and wash. Being that I live in Broward County I wasn't able to come back the next day, but a few days later I did. As promised Frankie was there and took me right in and detailed and washed my car. I complimented Frankie on his professionalism and patience. More companies need people like Frankie working for them. Hopefully when I come back to Braman he will work with me again. Or maybe his own company. More
