I was looking for a deal of an used car. The car I bought was or is around 18000 the seller, Mr. Joe sold it for 21.000 and said there was not negotiation. I feel ripped off. My vehicle was in their possession since January 2023 for minor repairs. They unfortunately ended up saturating my interior with water, so they provided a free service to remove mold spores and provided some minor repairs. I received my car back from the dealership last week, upon drop off I notice scratches and dings all over the vehicle exterior. I notified the dealership and they told me they could repair it. They keep delaying this further and I've lost all faith in this dealership. I would like the damage to be repaired by a 3rd party at this point as they are failing to respond or remedy the situation in a timely manner. I was to bring in the car for inspection today, they asked me to wait to do so because they lacked loaners. As of today, they cannot inspect the car because my service advisor is off and they do not have any loaners. They escalated the case internally once more in hopes to get me a loaner, but I am now seeking outside Counsil in this matter. More

Each time I had to ask him to send them by email as a pdf. He did send them by email but not as a pdf as I requested….He sent me the same digital pictures. Upon picking up the vehicle nobody offered to even show me anything about the dashboard electronics or how to drive my first electric vehicle. They didn't even show me where the control is to put the vehicle in drive, reverse and park. I had to search for it myself and eventually realized it is to the right of the steering wheel. They did however show me how to set up Hyundai Blue Link and connected me via the app for Electrify America. The morning after I picked up the vehicle, I checked the tires COLD and they were all 4lbs below the manufacturers recommendation. Front were 32 and should have been 36. Rear was 33 and should have been 37. I was shocked to see that nobody pumped the tires to the correct pressure prior to delivering a new vehicle. No follow up personal touch by Eduardo Calderon via phone or even by text after picking up the vehicle on Saturday 4/15/23 and today is Wednesday 4/19/23. Why would I want to refer my friends to Eduardo Calderon when he does not follow up? Also, Eduardo was not there when I picked up the vehicle. He only told me via text that morning that he would not be there. On the positive side, I will say that the manager at Braman Hyundai gave me an excellent price on the vehicle. Eduardo appeared to be mostly interested in his commission instead of truly helping me. I may recommend Braman Hyundai, but I will not recommend Eduardo Calderon. More

(don't abuse it!) super easy, quick and transparent process - shop around if you have the time, but you wont find a better deal or better treatment anywhere else. support good dealerships like this one! NO EVEN ONE STAR. I WENT AT SEPTEMBE 3RD TO DO MY CAR SERVICE. IN THE SHOP THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CAR HAS TO STAY BECAUSE WAS FAILD. I EXPLIENED TO KARINA IN SERVICE TH I WENT AT SEPTEMBE 3RD TO DO MY CAR SERVICE. IN THE SHOP THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CAR HAS TO STAY BECAUSE WAS FAILD. I EXPLIENED TO KARINA IN SERVICE THAT I CAN NOT STAY WITHOUT CAR TO LONG BECAUSE I WORK VERY FAR AWAY FROM HOME. AFTER OFFER ME A LOANER, SHE TOLD THAT WOULD BE NOT POSSIBLE AS MY INSURENCE COMPANY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, INSTEAD I HAVE TO PAY 35$ PER DAY IF I NEED TO GET A CAR. I REQUEST TO TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR WHO WAS THE WORSE TREATMENT, HE EVEN LOOK AT ME IN THE EYES AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE MY INSURANCE. AT FIRST, THEY OFFER ME A CAR WITH ASAP AND THEN THEY TRY WITH ENTERPRISE. WITH ANY HOPE OR EFFORT, I LEFT THE COMPANY. A FEW DAYS LATER, I TRY BY MY SELF TO GET A CAR AT THE SAME COMPANY (ENTERPRISE) THAT THEY OFFER ME AND SAID THAT MY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER AND GUESS WHAT?????? THEY ACCEPT MY INSURANCE AND I COULD RENT A CAR WITH THE SAME COMPANYYY! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. TODAY IS BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS 09/16/2022 AND THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS THAT MY BRAND NEW HYUNDAY ACCENT 2022 CAR WITH 7 MOTNH OF USE IS SITTING IN THE DEALER WAITING FOR A TRANSMISSION THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN IS GOIN TO ARRIVE AND IN THE MEANWHILE I AM WITHOUT A CAR AND PAYING FOR A RENTAL CAR. I ordered a part for my Genesis on May 6, 2022. I was never told the part was not in stock. Every time I called regarding the status of my order the car either lied to me or was incompetent. How does a vehicle with only 52k miles on currently is sitting at a Volkswagen dealership with a blown transmission??????? How does a dealership sell a vehicle with a rusted bolt on a oil pan? ( I disc sitting at a Volkswagen dealership with a blown transmission??????? How does a dealership sell a vehicle with a rusted bolt on a oil pan? ( I discovered that when I had the oil changed) I paid for that as well after the purchase.. How does a dealership sell a vehicle with the sway bar link that’s literally broken!! Having a rusted oil pan bolt and a broken sway bar link will prevent a reputable dealership from listing the vehicle for sale until those items are repaired. These two items listed are vital when determining the safety of the vehicle and will not pass the safety inspections that dealership do before the vehicle goes to the front line. However at Bramen Hyundai they will put any vehicle for sale whether it passes a safety inspection or not. Now 4 months later the transmission blows? Folks be careful buying a vehicle from this shady dealership that will not stand by its product. By far the worst car experience i ever had. I advise anyone that purchases a used vehicle from these guys to take it to a mechanic and have it fully checked. I was sold this vehicle with major front end issues. I was not advised of any major issues mechanically and being in the business I know every dealership will put the vehicles through a safety check what that means is the vehicle is checked for any major issues that can deem the car unsafe and whether it was intentional or just a oversight the car is deemed unsafe. The vehicle has major front end issues that I was not made aware of at the time of Purchae. I have an appointment with an attorney this coming week to see what my options are. Let’s see how this dealership will handle this situation. Do I have any faith that they will step up and take care of this matter professionally no I do not. I will update the review once I speak with the attorney and if they even bother calling me or try to rectify this problem. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS ANYONE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL. More
BEWARE of this Company. I am retracting this review, two years after buying this car I am now being told that it has no warranty. One of the selling points was that the original 10 Year/100,000 mile Motor T years after buying this car I am now being told that it has no warranty. One of the selling points was that the original 10 Year/100,000 mile Motor Train warranty would be in effect for me, now they are stating that is not true. Was stating to me several times when I was considering buying it, "This is a great deal and you have till 2023 for Motor and Transmission warranty". After several calls, being transferred to several people was finally transferred to Guillermo the person who handled my financing, told him that I am being told that I have no warranty, he stated he didn't think that was true and sent me to the Service Center. They said I have no warranty, called Guillermo back stating this is upsetting how I was mislead, he said he would talk to the Service Manager and see what he could do and call me back. Two days later no word back from Guillermo. False promises and now just blowing me off leaving me stranded. More
