Having said that, we must tell you of an occurrence that effects Braman and the name Hyundai. We had trouble programming the garage door frequency from our remote to the car. Since we had an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic we decided to stop at the Weston Hyundai Service for some tips on completing the procedure. We talked to four different persons, two service – two sales and got nothing from any of them along with an arrogant curt attitude. It was basically, “Where did you buy your car?” When the answer came, Braman, they said “why don’t you call them and request a salesman to come up and do it for you”. All four apparently don’t know the value of resale. More
