RyAn and Elmer awful customer service Sent me in my way with stripped lug nuts, RyAn yelled and hung up phone on me. Denied putting on the lug nuts and asked how I knew they gave me the lu Sent me in my way with stripped lug nuts, RyAn yelled and hung up phone on me. Denied putting on the lug nuts and asked how I knew they gave me the lug nuts.... I told him I knew bc they were brand new and he conceded but then said not their problem and they did nothing wrong. I had to call back and wait on phone... took 30 minutes to get RyAn on phone again after he hung up on me. I'm driving on stripped and loose lug nuts. Dangerous and completely unacceptable and customer service is awful. Have pictures to prove everything. These guys should be fired. Dangerous for company. Don't go here! More
