Braman's Mini, The Best! This is my second Mini purchase, and I would not purchase it elsewhere. Ryan is the best Service Manager ever. He remembers me through the years, and is always friendly, and ready to help. I trust what he has to say, and he is willing to listen to whatever is going on with me and my Mini. He referred me to Danny Rodriguez for my new purchase, and he could not have put me in better hands. Danny was courteous, serviceable, and very attuned to my expressed needs. i took time to go out to lunch in the middle of our negotiations (never shop on an empty stomach), and Danny was fine with that. I drove home in the new car, forgetting to check the glove compartment and door pockets of the "old" one, and when I remembered I had not done so, I called Danny to inquire and he had found my things and was holding them for me in his desk. That is good service!!!! Alejandro Gordillo, the Sales Manager was helpful and efficient, and very supportive through all the paperwork. Danny was very patient teaching me all about the bells and whistles in this new model, and reassured me I could call or come in any time should I have any doubts or questions. I was very happy with my purchase, and finally, I do love coffee at Braman's! More
