My opinion has changed about Braman with the way in which my problems were dealt with now. Danny B is an exceptional management figure who seems relentless with his desire to make Braman the best in everything they do and Ralph F who runs MINI service is someone who will get the job done right no matter the reason, even if it requires doing it all over again and without any defensiveness.
