I was given misleading information I sent this message privately through this dealer’s website couple weeks ago with no response from mini so I’ve decided to post it here. I bought my mini at your location in January of 2015. I owned a previous mini for three+ years before that one. If you check our records you will see that we have done every single service at your location for the past 8 years. This may not sound relevant but we live in Pembroke Pines, we could use other location as Miami and Fort Lauderdale are a lot closer, but we have chosen to go to your location because we always received a great service. Last year in late May, we were there for service and the associate offered us to buy a five-year service plan for something a little over $1100. I decided to get it. Last month I scheduled another visit and when I got there, after driving 70 miles, I was told that one, I couldn’t have the service done because it wasn’t a year or 10K miles yet since the last one (That could be notified to me over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment) and two, my service plan will expire next January because it was intended for 5 years since I bought the car not 5 years since I bought the plan! I even asked questions about the coverage and commented how the car would definitely need the brakes done in the future, etc. If I would’ve known that, I wouldn’t have taken it as I knew my car was 3.5 years old already. I feel that was deceived as it wasn’t explained properly and of course I’m extremely disappointed. More

Buying is wonderful , service is not! It took over an hour to drop off my MiniCooper for its yearly service. I spent 3 mins of that time with an agent, the rest of the time waiting. No chairs to sit on and the waiting area is quite far. Unless you stand there they will forget you. I pray I do not have to go back soon, what a waste of time. I will not even get into the loaner that was provided. I dread going back. More
Key Fob Issues We had our second key fail on our mini, so we went to the dealership to purchase a replacement. This small key fob cost over 330.00. The next day the valet found he could not use the key in the usual manner to start the vehicle, it had to be inserted into the vehicle to work. It turns out that in order to have this fob function like the original, it would cost an additional 50.00 to have it programmed to do this. It is bad enough to have to pay such a ridiculous price for a key, but to have the dealer hold it hostage for an additional cost is absurd. I now understand why the dealership has such a luxurious space, and I am angry that I have to help pay for it by such tactics. More
Mini Service not recommended here I always scheduled my mini for service here. It never fails that I end up waiting for hours just for a simple oil change and inspection. Sometimes, I end up having to leave my car there overnight! Apart from the ridiculous wait time, the price is horrendous. They will charge you and arm and a leg just to change your oil--truly a gimmick here at Braman to take more money out of your pocket. If you're getting more than an oil change, bring your savings with you, they will want those as well (That is if your car is not in warranty) I am not rich by any means, but I am a loyal costumer. Once you're out of that maintenance warranty, you're on your own with an expensive bill and they are not willing to help you with it in any way--not even a payment plan. I had a maintenance scheduled for this Saturday that was going to cost me at least $300. I decided to cancel it and go to Foreign Affairs Auto instead. I am so thankful I did--they're just as certified, excellent costumer service, you can actually see your car being worked on, and not to mention fast and accurate service!! I will never take my mini to Braman again, and neither should you if you live on a budget. The only reason why I gave the two star rating is because they give you free food while you wait--the only great thing they do for you. More

we first visited with Ralph Fonti for service on our clubman, Ralph is the perfect person in what he does its always a great experience to bring your car in for service.he set us up with a rental car an clubman, Ralph is the perfect person in what he does its always a great experience to bring your car in for service.he set us up with a rental car and while we were waiting we vistited with Gary Rockoff as this is our second car there.Gary helped us to look for a new mini as ours was running out of warrenty, we proceded to buy a countryman and with the help of Gary he made the transition very simple, we feel the only place to buy a car is at Bramen no matter who you pass by everyone is happy and courtious, it makes it a great experience. I highly recommend Braman Motorcars. I have dealt with Ralph at Mini service and he is just incredible. He always takes time to help and I always leave Braman with a smile on a face.
