My experience at Braman has always been positive. We have known Michael and Raj for 3 years, and have always treated us like a family member. Between Michael and Gary Rockoff, they walked me through several different vehicle options, helping me zero in on the model that was best for me and my family. Stopped by Bramam Mini with my wife this past Saturday to look at the new Mini Countryman. We were greeted right away by Pithy who was great to work with. My opinion has changed about Braman with the way in which my problems were dealt with now. Danny B is an exceptional management figure who seems relentless with his desire to make Braman the best in everything they do and Ralph F who runs MINI service is someone who will get the job done right no matter the reason, even if it requires doing it all over again and without any defensiveness.
