Halfway between the ordering of my new mini and it's delivery, my original sales consultant left the dealership; Deb Krueger took over for him. I couldn't have been treated better. Deb was determined to keep me in the loop about my car's production. I had been sharing a car with my 16yo son so was very anxious to receive my new car. When car was complete and I met Deb, I felt as if I had known her forever. Deb was very knowledgable about the car and appreciated that no one wants to spend forever at a dealership. She had everything organized and ready to go and spent as much time as I needed to acclimate me to my new car. She was precise and to the point again understanding that most folks are anxious to drive their new car and not spend unnecessary time at the dealership. One last thing that was an over the top special thing: there were balloons tied inside my car and two congratulations signs in the windshield. She also moved the car to a spot a bit more secluded as many people that were coming in to the dealership kept touching my beautiful kite blue convertible and she wanted it to be perfectly untouched when I arrived.
