Gary was very well informed as to the different cars I was interested in, very patient and willing to stay until every detail was ironed out which turned out to be about 8PM. He took me on a nice test drive and then showed me other options. He was extremely professional yet friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the various mini options for me to consider. The "deal making" process was actually less arduous than I anticipated. We finally came to a deal. When I was in finance, I had only brought a business check, so Gary took me to a Bank of America branch to get a cashier check. Nice touch on his part and a good way to keep me in the transaction!!. Another nice touch was Buzz coming out to thank me for the business. I am happy with my decision to buy from the dealership and would recommend others to do so as well. More
